Return, Exchange and refund policy
We want to make sure that your shopping experience is a good one and that you understand our return, exchange and refund policy.
All items purchased in store or online are non-refundable, which means that all sales are final. However, returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase and must be in new and unused conditions with the original merchandise tags and labels attached.
- In store returns must be returned within 7 days of purchase date to receive store credit or exchange
- Online returns must be post marked within 7 days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost
To return or exchange an online item please email us @sales.oiejeh@gmail.com to request a return merchandise protocol slip. This slip will provide instructions for return and purchase of return shipping label. Customer must list the following in the email:
[ Return invoice #, [ Attn: Return], Full Name, Address, City, State, Zip]
Merchandises that can not be exchanged or returned are jewelry such as earrings, nose rings, necklaces, bracelets. bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or lingerie.
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
When placing and receiving an order please inspect item/items once received. If there is any defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to notify us of the issue. If we are not notified within the allotted time frame, which is 2 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a description of defect with a photo to sales@Oiejehsoul.com. A copy of your detail invoice should also be submitted.
